prior to interview ensuring that the character and objectives of
both parties are compatible. Alex Harp would encourage the use of temporary/locum staff as
interim cover of key positions during the permanent recruitment
process to ensure continuity within the department.

Temporary and Locum/Contract Recruitment
"Temporary" members of staff are retained on an hourly
basis and Alex Harp undertakes all administration and payroll responsibilities.
A booking can be as short as a day or it can be extended for any
length of time, depending on your needs. "Locum/Contract" staff are assigned for a minimum of
1 month and a set period of time; the client undertakes all administration
and payroll responsibilities. In recent years the demand for a flexible workforce in an environment
experiencing both rapid change and increasing skill shortages has
risen in line with the Irish economy. All our temporary/locum candidates
are interviewed, referenced and assessed as thoroughly as permanent
candidates. At Alex Harp, we have an ever-increasing number of "approved" candidates
who can offer reliability and superb references. As a matter of
course, we call to ensure that you are satisfied with the performance
and suitability of the temporary or locum member of staff we have
placed with you. Once again, quality control surveys are dispatched on a regular
basis to ensure that the service that we provide is of the highest
possible standard. Service Level Agreements ( SLA ) Alex Harp offers customised Service Level Agreements to all its
clients so as to reflect our high commitment to service. The SLA
gives the client a detailed overview as to the full service Alex
